Necessity of Media Literacy Education

Abstract:

Media has become the most serious source in the society and that is why it is difficult to find somebody who has not been influenced by it. Huge amount of information everyday emerge in different media. This information is sometimes unreliable, and superficial.
The major issues that will be discussed in this session are:

•  What the needs for media literacy are
•  How people can have access to media
•  How to find out the reliability of information
